Do you offer store pickup?
No. Scottsboro Printing is delivery only — we deliver everything to your front door.
How long will my order take?
Turnaround depends on the product and quantity. We confirm your timeline after reviewing your order and artwork.
What artwork should I upload?
PDF, PNG, JPG, TIFF, AI or EPS up to 50 MB. Design at final print size at 300 DPI, with fonts embedded or outlined. Add bleed for full-bleed prints.
Is the on-screen preview my proof?
No. The preview helps you confirm you uploaded the right file. It isn't a production proof — colors and trim can differ.
Do you check my file?
Yes. Every file is reviewed by hand. We can't automatically verify resolution, so if anything needs fixing we'll contact you before printing.
Who gets the 5% discount?
Delivery addresses inside Scottsboro city limits. It's applied automatically at checkout and confirmed during review.
